All wholesale applications submitted between 9am and 3pm CST Monday-Friday will be reviewed within 2 hours after submission. If approved you will receive an email with a link to create your account password so you can start shopping.
Orders on in-stock items placed before 3PM CST Monday-Friday will ship out of our warehouse the same day your order is placed. Orders placed on the weekend or after 3PM CST will ship the next business day.
All orders ship from our warehouse located in Zumbrota, MN. Our convenient Midwest location means your order reaches you quickly and efficiently.

Yes, WaterFilters.net allow swholesale customers the option to be invoiced for orders with a payment term of 30 days uppon credit application approval. To apply for Net 30 credit terms, please indicate on your application that you'd like an application emailed to you and submit it by email to support@Waterfilters.net or fax it to 888-959-2226. Your application will be reviewed within 2 business days of receipt.
If your business is sales tax exempt with a qualifying Reseller Certificate or any other tax exemption qualification documents, please upload those with your wholesale application, email to support@Waterfilters.net, or fax to 888-959-2226. The tax exemption documents must be submitted prior to placing your order.
