WaterFilters.NET has made it easy for its customers to find filters through our site. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the consumer to choose the correct water treatment system or filters for their unique situation. WaterFilters.NET may offer explanations of water treatment technology and may give common solutions to common water problems. However, WaterFilters.NET does not recommend or suggest a particular water treatment system for a particular application because WaterFilters.NET is not able to have all necessary information regarding a particular application. For example, WaterFilters.NET does not know which contaminants are in the customer's water, nor does it have information on all variables surrounding their unique situation. WaterFilters.NET is a passive reseller and is not subject to product liability. The manufacturer alone is liable for damages resulting from products that WaterFilters.NET sells.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. WaterFilters.NET reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If part or all of your order is cancelled by us for any reason, a complete refund will be issued for the portion of the order cancelled.

Other Conditions

The Terms and Conditions on this page will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether WaterFilters.NET signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your order as soon as it becomes available. Most orders ship the same or next business day depending on when your order is received. However, there may be times when a product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered which are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Payments by Credit Card

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order or a rejection of your credit card at the credit card processing company for an address mismatch. The information passing through our system is securely encrypted via a Secure Site Certificate.

Payments from International Customers

All charges are made in US dollars. We only accept credit cards from US issuing banks. However, we accept payments made through PayPal, which does accept credit cards from non-US issuing banks.

Taxes

WaterFilters.NET shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders Tax exempt organizations within Minnesota must email (support@waterfilters.net), or fax their tax exempt certificate to us before shipment of their order. 888-959-2226

Typographical or Image Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, WaterFilters.NET shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. WaterFilters.NET shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, WaterFilters.NET shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

At WaterFilters.NET, we do our best to keep all images up to date. Once in awhile, a manufacturer may release an improved version before we have received the updated image. If an image is out of date, we will ship the updated product, which may not be identical to the image online.
