Replacement water filter housing sumps (bottoms) for whole house housings systems from American Plumber, Ametek, Culligan, Kleen-Plus, Pentek, US Filter, Watts and more. Housing sumps are the bottom part of the housing that holds the water filter. Sumps are also referred to as canisters. To prevent costly repairs or possible water damage, replace clear plastic sumps every five years and replace opaque sumps every ten years. If the sump is older than recommended, replace it immediately. Date the sump for reference and indicate the replacement date. 

Note: If you have an opaque housing canister, you CANNOT replace it with a clear housing canister and vice versa.

Note: If you have a #10 Housing Sump, you CAN replace it with a #20 Housing Sump and vice versa. Housing sumps are interchangeable for American Plumber, Ametek, Culligan, Kleen-Plus, Pentek, and US Filter but not interchangeable for other brands.
