    1. The 3M Aqua-Pure AP517 water filter cartridge needs to be replaced every 3-4 months. The filter may need to be replaced sooner depending on your water quality and your water usage
    2. Turn cartridge to OFF position (notch under off)
    3. Pull down cartridge and dispose
    4. Push new cartridge into head - aligning notch under 'Off'
    5. Turn cartridge to 'On' position
    6. Run water until clear
